Description
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards and specifications.
- Resolve technical issues and address any deviations from project plans.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, reports, and project records.
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractor activities and manage subcontractor relationships.
- Support project managers in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction project engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
