Qualifications :
- BS in Engineering
- 1+ years experience in manufacturing , preferably with industrial equipment and processes (welding fundamentals, lasers, 3D printing, CNC machines)
- Knowledge of SolidWorks and MATLAB
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel domestically & internationally for training classes and customer visits
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers via email, phone and occasionally on-site
- Work with engineering and sales departments to evaluate customer samples and recommend appropriate prototypes, components, and processes for their applications
- Give detailed presentations on how equipment is used with various applications
- Travel to customer sites to provide training classes and help with process development for equipment
