About the Role :
We are seeking a construction project manager consultant for a short-term assignment at FASTSIGNS #68701 in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Join our team and help us deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities :
- Direct junior associate to oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Direct junior associate to Manage budget, schedule, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Direct junior associate to Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Instruct junior associate to Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field and experienc ein the sign business
