Responsibilities

• Spearhead data analysis initiatives to generate actionable insights in the global e-commerce governance domain
• Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful patterns and trends
• Develop and implement advanced analytics models to support decision-making and strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to deliver data-driven solutions
• Create intuitive visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical programming language (R or Python)
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and applying statistical / machine-learning techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated passion for leveraging data to solve challenging problems in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in the quantitative field
• Experience in building interactive dashboards and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Knowledge of e-commerce or online marketplace dynamics
• Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive work ethic and a strong sense of ownership
