Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school district near Winchendon, Massachusetts for the upcoming academic year.
This full-time role offers great support and involves working with students in grades K-12.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct individual or group therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, social skills, and daily living activities.
- Implement behavior intervention plans created by the BCBA to meet each client's unique needs.
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behaviors during sessions.
Qualifications :
- Must hold RBT certification.
- Prior experience in schools is preferred but not mandatory.
