We are looking for an enthusiastic and respected team leader to join our practice. This individual will be responsible for location business operations.
As a people first organization, the Practice Manager will become the champion of their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Uses their unique ability to lead, use creative thinking and analytical skills to develop and improve practice performance and solves operational challenges.
- Works together with the team to build and develop outstanding customer service.
- Establishes clear objectives for staff, communicates expectations and sets high standards for performance.
- Works closely with Physician and Practice owner to achieve practice goals.
- Learns quickly and can adapt to practice policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years background as office manager, practice manager or leadership role - medical practice preferred, but not required, if you are coachable and learn quickly.
- CPTM Certification preferred, but not required Company will pay for certification.
- Preferred degree in Business, Hospitality or related experience in management field.
