This is a non-exempt level position

Position Summary :

ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company, is an industry leader in the manufacture of extruded treats and foods for the companion animal market.

We are seeking an Inventory / Administrative Clerk for the Kansas City, KS warehouse and production facility.

Job Responsibilities :

Process weekly orders from customers, print / sort order packet, distribute to operational leadership team, and scan / email order packets back to customers after shipment;

Oracle entries for inventory, shipping, receiving and production

• Shared drive entries for inventory, shipping, receiving and production; Process weekly payroll (enter vacations, absences, missed punches, etc.)
• Monitor front door, signing in of guests, and checking in drivers for pickups, as well as additional admin tasks including : BOL tracking information and creation for BOL shipping, processing of POs for the location, printing batch information and distributing to leadership, and scanning documents into shared drive for archiving purposes.

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2-3 years of prior relevant office experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency in addressing issues
• Strong verbal and written communication skills!
• Proven Microsoft Office skills prior Oracle experience highly preferred!

Relocation is not available with this position.
