Job Description :
- This position processes vendor forms for DCS suppliers (., foster parents, adoptive parents, relatives, contracted providers, non-contracted providers, day cares, stores, which allows them to be set-up to receive payment from DCS and to make any changes such as change in address, banking, etc.
- This position also fields phone inquiries to DCS Payment Research Unit and Resource Unit for a variety of issues ranging from invoicing and payment issues to issues involving vendor form submission and processing. Skills Needed :
- Data entry
- Data entry
- Customer Service experience
- Experience working in a call center.
- Experience processing W9 and direct deposit forms
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook
