Responsibilities :
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Assist guest in booking activities during their stay
- Assist guests with directions & recommendations
- Keep records of all tours sold & guest leisure activities booked
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of New Orleans area a must
