Qualifications of the Admissions Coordinator / Director :
- Must have extensive Admissions experience in long-term care
- Must have long term care experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
Responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Admissions / Concierge :
- Will assist with the Admissions process
- Manage inquiry process
- Handle inquiry calls from hospitals, families, etc., and provide appointments that include a presentation, tour and closing.
