A company is looking for an Account Coordinator for their Private Client Group, providing administrative support to account teams in the insurance sector.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Account Managers with processing endorsements, agency bill transactions, and creating insurance documentsLiaise with external carriers and escrow companies while managing electronic document filingMaintain suspense files and provide phone coverage for reception or team members as neededRequired Qualifications and Education2+ years of administrative customer service experienceHigh School Diploma or GED required;

Bachelor's Degree preferredExperience in insurance and familiarity with EPIC software is desiredProficiency in Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to interact effectively with various stakeholders and work as a team player
