- 3+ years of building / facility engineer experience (electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems, plumbing, carpentry, yards & grounds, chillers / boilers / air handlers)
- Excellent written & verbal communication and ability ask clarifying questions

- CFC or Electrical Certification
- Experience with a BMS (building management system)
