Position : Residential Technicians
Pay : Starting at $15 an hour, commensurate with education and experience
As a Residential Technician, you will be an essential part of our culturally sensitive Residential Treatment Level III setting.
You will support clients diagnosed with mental illness or severe emotional disturbance and co-occurring developmental disabilities.
Our services require awake staff around the clock, ensuring continuous supervision of the clients. Be prepared for shift work, including irregular and weekend schedules.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS :
- Weekdays : 2 : 30 pm - midnight, and every other weekend 10 am - 10 pm
- Weeknights : midnight - 10 am, and every other weekend 10 pm - 10 am
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on support services in a residential setting.
- Conduct client behavioral intervention, skills training, psycho-educational groups / supports, and community inclusion services.
- Make auditory and visual observations of clients' behaviors and interactions for daily service notes and shift reports.
- Complete documentation, incident reports, and other required data.
- Offer intervention and support services respecting clients' rights, safety, privacy, property, and therapeutic purposes.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to bend, stoop, assume awkward positions, and lift / pull clients during physical interventions.
- Must be able to drive a company-owned vehicle with a valid North Carolina driver's license without restrictions.
