Your New Role...
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will be at the forefront of our streaming marketing efforts, driving the strategy and execution of our evolving product features for Max.
This role demands a balance of leadership, creativity, and analytical rigor. Acting as a key influencer within the organization, you will bridge the gap between Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to drive customer engagement and retention.
Reporting to the GVP of Retention & Engagement, you will have the opportunity to significantly enhance Max's global appeal in a highly competitive market.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for WBD streaming products
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Design, Brand, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure successful product launches with a clear and cohesive marketing plan
Conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to inform the value proposition development of new products and features
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies to maximize impact and adoption
Focus on increasing customer engagement by driving usage of high-value actions through targeted marketing initiatives
Determine key metrics to track and measure the success of product marketing initiative and providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
Lead and manage the product marketing team
Qualifications & Experience...
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments and with external partners on a global scale
Exceptional ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
A passion for problem-solving within an ever-changing industry and a proven ability to drive innovative solutions
Extensive experience in product marketing and project management
Strong understanding of the subscription business model
Passion for content
Self-starter
- 8 years of Product Marketing or related experience
- 4 years of people management
MBA or Master’sdegree in a related field preferred
