Water Restoration Production Manager

ServiceMaster of Tacoma is seeking bright, motivated, hardworking individuals to join our Water Restoration Team!

What you'll do as Water Production Manager :

This is an in-person exempt position located in South Tacoma. Hours are Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm with an hour lunch break, occasional need for early or late scheduling and crew needs, occasional on-call over the weekends and evenings.

Salary range is $68,000-$75,000 annually.

Manage the daily coordination, performance and support of the water mitigation team. Ensure adherence to company policies and all state and local laws.

Act as a resource for field personnel by ensuring they have proper training, tools, supplies and assist on-site when necessary.

Constantly strive to improve processes, performance and culture.

Tactical duties :

• Morning schedule review and crew line out
• Monitor technician workload and balance resources
• Interface with Project Managers and Estimators
• Track timekeeping and ensure accuracy
• Visit job sites to audit performance and compliance
• Assist with jobs as needed
• Supervise 20 Water Restoration Foremen and Technicians

Strategic Duties :

• Interview and hire new technicians and foreman
• Develop and train personnel
• Monitor efficiency and profitability metrics
• Implement process improvements
• Mentor and coach team members
• Work with the operations manager to develop long term plans

• Must have reliable transportation to Tacoma;
• Must be a self-starter and have strong work ethic;

• Must be fair and open minded;
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
• Must be Positive, Professional, and Reliable;
• Supervisory experience with 15+ team members
