Different, Not Less : Join a Team Where Every Child Is Valued for Who They Are

At Cortica, we believe in supporting each child's development while celebrating their unique characteristics. Unlike traditional models that might strive to fit each child into a predefined mold, we focus on adapting environments and addressing external factors to ensure each child can succeed on their own terms.

Our team of Counselors, Therapists, and Doctors collaboratively decides the best approaches, emphasizing strength-based interventions over attempting to change fundamental aspects of who our clients are.

What’s Strong with Me : Embracing a Strengths-Based Perspective

We’re shifting the narrative from what’s traditionally seen as a problem-centered view to a strengths-based perspective. At Cortica, we don’t see children as problems needing to be fixed.

Instead, we identify and build upon their strengths, recognizing the child for their potential, not their challenges. This approach ensures we are not merely treating symptoms but nurturing a child's innate capabilities in ways that resonate with their and their family's values and preferences.

By joining Cortica, you’ll be part of a pioneering team dedicated to transforming the way care is delivered, ensuring that each child and family's unique preferences and values are honored.

Here, every day, you’ll contribute to a world where differences are celebrated, and individual strengths are the foundation of our care.
