This is a remote position.

At Mindojo we re developing an adaptiveeducation platform used by marketleading educational products suchas Bloomberg Exam Prep and language learning platforms forchildren.

On our platform students engage inpersonalized dialogue with our AI private tutor far surpassing theefficacy of existing resources like textbooks video or classroomlectures and various elearning products.

In the EdTechSales Manager role at Mindojo you ll drive our sales efforts byincreasing outbound activities to schedule meetings negotiate andclose deals with new and existing clients.

Your focus will be onsecuring B2C deals ($500$2000 per client) and optionally expandinginto small B2B sales ($15000$75000 deals).

Ideal candidates aredynamic sales professionals with a deep passion for education andtechnology capable of delivering tangible results.

We offer a fulltime or parttime contract role with areasonable cash base and generous successbased component. You canwork from anywhere and the schedule is very flexible.

Requirements

  • 6 years of relevant work experience as aSales Manager with the ability to close or in Business Developmentin B2C and / or B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of achieving salesgoals
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the abilityto engage effectively with various levels of management staff andclients
  • Excellent presentation skills and the abilityto effectively articulate our valueproposition
  • Excellent organizational skills and aproactive attitude are essential
  • General techsavviness
  • NativeEnglish

Bonus pointsfor :

  • Experience with Education services / EdTech
  • Master s degree in Business ManagementMarketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in other languages (SpanishFrench German Mandarin Arabicetc.)

What you will bedoing :

  • Reach out to prospects through variouschannels (following the Mindojo Sales playbook) to schedulemeetings and sign new clients.
  • Manage a pipeline of qualifiedopportunities.
  • Collect and maintain prospect information inthe CRM database.
  • Develop positive relationships with keyclient decisionmakers.
  • Negotiate and closedeals.
