What We Offer :
- Position : Full-time
- Schedule : Monday to Friday (10 AM - 7 PM), Sunday (10 AM - 4 PM)
- Salary : Up to $175,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package
Your Role :
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, fostering holistic health.
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families about effective health management strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records utilizing the Athena EHR system.
Requirements
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current New York state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Athenahealth electronic health record system.
- Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems.
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with inhalation therapies.
