Role Scope / Deliverables :

The Finance ITBusiness Partner is responsible for understanding the businessoverall goals requirements and objectives assisting in theprioritization of Finance and ERP technology projects for PSGbusiness ensuring that projects align with the technology that bestprovides maximum return on investment and linking IT strategy insupport of the overall business / service line strategy.

• Requiresexperience in a finance department of a manufacturing organization(preferably biopharma or med device) and has indepth understandingof local financial processes at the manufacturing site and globalfinancial processes at corporate level
• Requires strong knowledge of SAP FICO SAC andHyperion.
• Requires good knowledge of companyfunctions globally and a deep understanding of the relationshipsand processes integration among departments within the business.
• Requires ability to actively and successfullyuse a range of influencing and leadership styles dependent onsituation.
• Requires ability to leadeffectively during challenging times and periods of change.
• Requires ability to speak listen and write ina clear concise thorough and timely manner using appropriate andeffective communication tools and techniques.
• Requires ability to influence internal andexternal contacts on services including but not limited to Financetechnology and vendor management groups.
• Requires ability to manage competingpriorities.
• Prefer deep understanding inProject Management principles Requires ability to overcomeobstacles and achieve key outcomes and follow through to get thingsdone and deliver what is promised.
• Navigatinga large IT department with a high number of technologies andtechnical disciplines
• Facilitating innovationin business process and technical solutiondelivery
• Experience leading a matrix team ofprofessionals and communicating with various levels of managementis highly desired.
• Ability to work with alllevels of the organization both technical and nontechnical.
• More than 10 years working experiencedeveloping and supporting Finance applications and large
• More than 5 years working in thePharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry (preferred)
• Bachelors Degree in the field of informationtechnology engineering computer science and / or businessadministration (required)
• Proven ability in ahigh growth business and developing teams to scale and deliver oncommitments
• Advanced degree in business ortechnology such as an MBA (preferred).
• CPA(preferred). Travel 20%
