Deine Aufgaben

- Unterstütze die Leitung des Stores in allen operativen Belangen und übernimm im Bedarfsfall die Verantwortung
- Assistiere bei der Einstellung und Schulung des Teams, für ein starkes und kompetentes Team
- Gestalte einzigartige Kundenerlebnisse, die unsere Besucher begeistern
- Organisiere und betreue Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen, die das Profil unserer Galerie schärfen
Dein Profil
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in einem serviceorientierten Bereich, Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Talent für den Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in unser Produkt
