As a Data Entry Clerk at Sphirea Plus, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our system, ensuring accuracy, and supporting various administrative functions.

Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update data into internal database systems.
- Review data for errors, discrepancies, and incomplete information.
- Perform data verification and correction as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Generate reports and compile data to assist management and other departments.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with other teams to ensure proper data handling.
Qualifications
Skills Required :
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
