About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night, 12-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours : N / A Experience : 2 full years of experience License : Valid RN License Certifications : Required certifications at the time of submission Must-Have : Full Social Security Number, Date of Birth, list of certifications Job Description : Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Required to work every other weekend and during holidays.- Ability to float to different units as needed.- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.- Monitor and adjust ventilator settings, administer medications, and perform advanced life support techniques.
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families.- Adhere to hospital protocols and comply with regulatory standards.
