Compensation :

$50,000 - $107,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Prospect for new business in your lead generation channels
• Following up and converting leads in your pipeline
• Attend daily coaching sessions
• Attend and complete all required training in your first 30 days
• Shadow open houses and client showings in the first 90 days
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Learn local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience

Qualifications :

• Current real estate license in Georgia
• Real Estate Professional must be a full-time Realtor dedicated to Real Estate
• Comfort with using technology and digital tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media for lead generation and client communication
• Growth Mindset : You are driven to continuously improve and expand your real estate career
• Learning Mindset : Open to new ideas, strategies, and industry best practices
• Collaborative Spirit : Enjoy working with others and leveraging collective expertise
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
