Job Description

Candidates must be located within the west territory. Ideal locations would be near a larger airport, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah*

Perform all aspects of account management, including identifying, developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with clinical staff and key decision makers within key Department of Correction (DOC) accounts (& leader approved top DAA potential account) across the region.

In addition, goals will include, but not limited to maximizing resource utilization, and increasing sales and market share of Mavyret or other assigned FDA approved products.

Drive account volume and share growth for assigned products in target states.

Facilitate partnership meetings with Market Access partners.

ID / Build / maintain relationships with Medical Management & Pharmacy Company key stakeholders impacting business.

Utilize Approved Materials (Market Access, DOC, Brand, DSA, Business Impact Model) with appropriate key decision makers.

Establish and maintain geography external expert relationships for assigned geography.

Share challenges and opportunities within key target states with Sr. Manager.

Support implementation of Screen / Test and treatment protocols within assignment.

Routinely identify opportunities and threats and develop / modify business plans accordingly. Anticipate change and take proactive measures to address.

Understand and effectively utilize quantitative data and analyses. Assess business for impact of target accounts.

Partner compliantly with in-field teams to evaluate and penetrate key target accounts in assignment.

Qualifications

Demonstration of work in a challenging, low resource, evolving environment without loss of productivity / speed to impact.

Thorough understanding of account management and the role of an account executive as well as strong sales and customer partnership skills / success.

Proven record of managing multiple stakeholders in complex environments.

Excellent organizational / project management and demonstrated leadership skills.

Demonstrated ability to compliantly network and partner effectively across functional areas.

State DoC and / or institutional experience preferred (integrated systems, hospital networks, complex multi-call point).

District / Regional Management experience preferred.

Minimum 5 years sales experience. Minimum 2 years account management experience.

Bachelor’s Degree required.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
