Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to impact students' lives through communication? Soliant Education seeks an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a School-Based SLP in Philadelphia, PA.
In this role, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, collaborating with educators and families to support student achievement.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school professionals to promote effective communication skills.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Valid Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
