Job description Infosys is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Technology Architect with experience in Core HR, Absence Management, Recruitment, Campus Solutions, OTL, Payroll.
The position will primarily be required to work closely with Customer’s HR Business Process owners to develop Cloud technical solutions in HCM cloud modules.
This position requires hands-on experience in Cloud technology Build, Development and Testing activities for Customizations.
Required Qualifications : Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX and willing to work from the client office.
This position may also require travel in the US. Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
Prior Experience of Implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Campus, OTL and Payroll Familiarity with the key processes such as candidate onboarding, employee journeys, process flows for recruitment etc.
Expertise in HDL Extracts / HCM Extracts and minor customizations. Familiarity with OTBI reports and Oracle HCM Cloud data model Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, fast formula.
Prior experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation Preferred Qualifications : Redwood experience (or training) is an added advantage considering Oracle’s Redwood strategy.
Have the End to End understanding of a company’s HR processes. Good articulation & presentation skills to a diverse audience Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
Prior experience of Creating Groovy script Prior experience of HCM REST API, ATOM API or HCM ALERTS and Journeys The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
