Maintenance Technician (Warehouse)

Job Title : Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionPerform preventive maintenance on facility. Responsibilities include changing lightbulbs, minor electrical and plumbing tasks, and working on material handling equipment.

Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance. Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.

Dismantle machinery and remove / replace defective parts. Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for any issues, schedule repairs for faulty equipment or damaged structures, and perform general maintenance of the facility and grounds.

Pay scale varies based on experience level : Tech 1 ranges from $18.15 to $23.90 per hour; Tech 2 ranges from $24.20 to $29.
