ARRT IR certification or successful completion within 18 months of hire Certifications : Required to have or obtain ARRT Registration Must-Have : - Vocational / Technical training or Associate Degree in Diagnostic Imaging or related field- Knowledge of Anatomy- Critical Thinking Skills- Interpersonal Communication Skills- Knowledge of Radiation Safety Guidelines- Knowledge and application of National Patient Safety Goals- Technical Skills- Knowledge of Computer Applications- Knowledge of Departmental Policies- Organizational Skills- Knowledge of Critical Competencies- Ability to understand different cultural needs and desires- Customer Service Skills- Process Improvement Skills- Knowledge of confidentiality policy- Communication Skills- Conflict Management Skills- Time Management Skills- Shift includes on-call duties : 1 weekend a month and 1 day a week Job Description : - Perform interventional imaging procedures as part of the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.- Communicate effectively with the medical team and patients.- Apply technical skills to enhance patient care and imaging quality.
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment.- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current in the field.
- Provide high-quality customer service to patients and healthcare colleagues.- Manage confidential information with discretion.
