The program works directly with government and military stakeholders to ensure intelligence professionals worldwide have the right access to the right data consistently through a variety of support services.
The program is a major player in the modernization efforts occurring for data services and strategy, including the support services of program of records for analysts.
Responsibilities :
- Upon request by the government, represent the customer at IC / DOD / Army data councils, data committees, data standard working groups, partner engagements, acquisition forums, and other related Industry, DoD, or IC data related forums / bodies identified by the government.
- Coordinate with Data Strategy and Governance (DSG) Team to facilitate monthly Data Working Group (DWG).
- As required, facilitate onboarding of Army data consuming or providing systems with data solutions on operational domains through initial engagement and Technical Engagement Meetings (TEMs).
Establish and review data sharing agreements between agencies.
- Maintain a record of system connections for greater transparency.
- Provide technical support for data movements transitioning from legacy databases to hybrid / cloud databases.
- Onboard and catalog government directed data sources, utilizing approved framework and standard operating procedures.
- Catalog and curate authoritative data sources in enterprise data catalogs, upon validation by higher echelon.
- Draft briefing slides and other material for weekly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings and briefings as requested.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements.
Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
- Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
- Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions;
routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
- Required Education : Associates degree with 12 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR Bachelors degree with 10 years' experience.
- Required Experience : 10 years' demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.
- Current DoD TS / SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Preferred :
- Desired experience with military intelligence program of records. Experience and understanding of intelligence disciplines.
