Resource's typical working day :
Reviews / processes payroll for onsite employees and approves invoices based on matching budgeted expenses / matching historical monthly billing
Manages tenant work orders / bills tenants monthly Processes invoices for vendors, manages monthly utility meter readings / billings
Creates manual billings for tenants.
Create contracts, POs for our vendors or sets up new vendors in our systems
Monitors / updates / files certificates of insurance for all vendors and tenants per the dates that are tracked in the systems
Updates tenant contact list, adds critical dates, adds new tenants to the systems we use.
Manages onsite events for conference room usage etc,
Will be responsible for working office supplies
Putting on tenant events while utilizing platforms such as Canva
Years of Experience needed : + Year of real estate administrative experience
Level of Education : Diploma
Systems / Software proficiencies :
Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi (or similar platform to Yardi) is required
Pulse, PP, Angus, MRI, Canva are preferred
Certifications / Licenses : n / a
Top Must have Skills :
Being able to work independently
Follow up with items that are emailed by partner to this candidate in a timely manner (not needing follow ups by the HM)
Utilizing resources on their intranet to learn processes and procedures
Answering inquiries from tenants and being able to provide great customer service
Top Nice to have Skills :
Pulse, PP, Angus, MRI, Canva are preferred
Greater than two years of experence
