Responsible for technical leadership for project members and software architecture in complex software development projects.
Contribute technical support to many internal activities such as recruitment, pre-sales, training, research technologies, and enhance internal systems.
Work with US-based clients and Vietnam development teams to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for client’s problems.
Understand the client’s business model, business requirements, and how software applications are applied to provide solutions.
Identify the current challenges or gaps between the business requirements and the software’s features. Review many aspects of the software such as code repository, high and low-level software designs, performance, security, then propose new technologies, new designs, and new code updates to address the challenges or the gaps.
Perform hands-on coding and code review as needed for client applications. Implement / code the software skeleton or most complicated components using Java, NodeJS, Python, JavaScript, ES6, CSS, HTML, PL / SQL.
Lead the development team to maintain and improve code quality, at the same time achieve other operational goals of the software suites.
Participate in Agile Development ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective. Participate in KMS consulting team to assess client’s software applications and recommend solutions, improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science or a closely related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered performing hands-on coding and implementing software using Java, JavaScript, Python, and NodeJS.
Must also have 5 years of experience with Agile frameworks, AWS / Azure, React and PL / SQL. May work remotely 80% of the time.
