Education : BA / BS
Required Experience : 7+ years of related experience
DESCRIPTION
- Provides telephone technical support to employees regarding technical aspects of assigned products.
- Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of assigned products.
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Maintains appropriate licenses, training and / or certifications, as needed; researches and determines applicability of new / emerging certification programs;
may recommend applicable certifications for lower-level team members.
Has a deep understanding of how teams integrate and coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve program objectives.
In-depth understanding of how own technical specialism and related disciplines are applied in the context of specific DOD, Agency and / or industry standards and requirements.
- Assisting in communicating, implementing, and enforcing security policies or plans for data, software applications, hardware, and telecommunications devices
- Providing recommendations to stakeholders on information assurance engineering standards, implementation dependencies, and changing information assurance related technologies
