ORDER VALIDATION SPEC / QUALITY CONTROL

- Pay : $18
- Schedule : Mon-Fri 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm, occasional OT
- MUST HAVE : quality control background
- Attendance BONUS : $150 After 45 days
Job Functions :
- Compare shipping labels and documents against system generated commercial invoice and shipping instructions to ensure accuracy.
- Input shipment information into online database for tracking and audit purposes.
- Work closely with leads to address any errors found while validating shipment information.
- Verify package counts are correct for orders transferred to shipping department.
- Assist with weighing and labeling packages along with other tasks assigned by leads or supervisor.
Basic Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Extremely Detail Orientated.
- Basis Knowledge of Logistics.
- Team Player.
- Ability to keep up in a fast-moving environment.
- Good multi-Tasker.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate information effectively and appropriately to internal and external personnel.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with international shipping processes.
- Knowledge of Fedex and UPS shipping software.
This position requires incumbents to regularly sit at a desk and operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk, lift, carry, and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities this job requires include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
