Required Skills

  • Front Desk & Phones : Be the welcoming voice and face of our company, managing calls and inquiries.
  • Mail & Office Management : Keep our office running smoothly by handling mail, managing supplies, and ensuring a presentable workspace.
  • HR Support : Use your HRIS expertise to assist with recruitment, data management, and other HR tasks.
  • Confidentiality : Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Event & Errand Coordination : Support the organization of company events and handle essential errands that keep our operations on track.

Required Experience

  • HRIS Experience : Preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish : A plus.
  • Administrative Experience : 1-2 years, with construction industry experience helpful.
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills : Basic MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required; spreadsheet experience preferred .
