Your Role with the company
- Lead and inspire global design and engineering teams, ensuring top-notch performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Drive strategic growth, streamline operations, and manage cross-functional teams for product development and manufacturing.
- Oversee KPIs, reduce costs, and enhance product delivery.
- Ensure compliance and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
- Hands-on leadership, mentoring, and project management.
- Manage a team of 15 growing it to 30!
Background Profile
- 10+ years in automation equipment design with 5+ in leadership.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO processes.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- BSE, (MSEE preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
Salary : 145-165K plus Bonus
Travel : 25%
