Head of Security Intelligence and Risk Assessment - Corporate SecurityUnder minimal guidance and modeling Guardian's values, the Head of Security Intelligence and Risk Assessment - Corporate Security will lead majorponents of the Security function to include security monitoring, intelligence collection and analysis, security risk assessments, and crisis management.
You will
- Conduct operations for the global intelligence and analysis function of an international Fortune 250pany.
- Establish and oversee intelligence collection and triage function, bridging multiple internal partners for rapid escalation and response in a Fusion Center model to address emerging risks of all types - physical security, cyber security, business continuity risks, negative sentiment on social media, etc.
- Expand securityernance and project management function to align corporate security risk mitigation efforts with enterprise risk mitigation efforts.
- Build and maintain a formal Crisis Management system that identifies risks upon detection, through crisis management, mitigation, and business continuity.
- Design and improve centralized monitoring, triage, and response to security and intelligence through development of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), and creation of related policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Provide insight, interpretation, and mentorship on international law enforcement information, intelligence alerts, potential threats topany interests or employee safety.
- Construct and oversee facility risk assessment process and mitigation of risks identified for Guardian physical office spaces throughout the country.
- Supervise security services in India.
- Manage the Global Security Operations Center and provide direct risk intelligence support regarding incidents that may have a negative impact on the firm's fixed locations, colleagues, offsite corporate events, and other key assets.
- Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key internal business partners to facilitate information exchange and production of joint risk intelligence products where applicable.
- Work with contract partners to prepare, maintain, and manage detailed risk intelligence assessments of regions, countries, and specific business locations.
Prepare regular briefs on security issues for dissemination within thepany.
- Leverage and prioritize multiple third-party partners, a critical function of this role, including vendor management and familiarity with intelligence platforms, mass notification solutions, and other third-party resources.
- Provide timely risk intelligence to ensure effective preparedness after disruptive events, disasters, crime, terrorism, malicious attacks, and human error.
- Perform executive level budgeting and scheduling tasks as needed.
- Provide the Executive Protection team with global threat intelligence assessments related to planned travel of executives, high profilepany events, and other corporate functions.
- Provide rapid assessments of "breaking" security situations andplex issues that could affect global business operations (, weather events and natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, crime, civil unrest, strikes / riots, kidnapping, political instability, terrorism, activism, economic interruptions, cyber-attacks, and transportation-related catastrophes).
You have
- 10 years of experience in Law Enforcement or Corporate Security roles (Preferred).
- Valid Driver's License (Required).
- Experience in intelligence analysis, travel security, and crisis management.
- Demonstrated knowledge of formal incidentmand methodology.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Excellentmunication and writing skills.
- Ability to remain calm and take control during emergency situations.
- Experience in writing reports.
- Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High degree of integrity and accountability.
- Experience with intelligence platforms, investigative databases, and mass notification tools.
- Deep understanding of international travel, foreign intelligence sources, and travel security briefings.
- The ability to remain calm in a crisis, and speak to senior executives with clarity and professionalism, even in trying circumstances.
- Self-starter nature able to problem with little direct supervision,
- The ability to lead multiple projects with multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Location and Travel
This is a flexible position co-located in NYC and Bethlehem, PA., requiring travel between Guardian offices to meet business requirements, as needed.
Salary Range
$114, - $187,
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentivepensation.
