We are rapidly expanding and looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated B2B Business Relations Sales Specialist to provide a stellar experience to customers and help find new business relationships.
Applicants should have a background in sales, a great first impression, a sales background, and the ability to work independently.
This person will also serve as a support for our leading sales reps. Whether this person is helping with current sales accounts or finding new business, this is a fast-paced job that requires to act now.

Compensation :
$65,000 salary plus benefits
Responsibilities :
- Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
- Maintain customer accounts
- Work closely with the sales lead
- Identify common customer issues
- Set appointments
- Execute appointments
- Team player
- Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations
- Help with daily routes and company pop-ins
- Help coordinate and attend happy hours, baseball games, expos, trade shows, and golf tournaments
- Reach goals
- Sales talk mastery
Qualifications :
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- 21 years or older
- Good driving record, driver's license, and background check
- Knowledge of the local region
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong independent work ethic
- Morning person
- Self-starter
- Comfortable making outbound and inbound sales calls
- Business-to-business knowledge is a plus
- Great communication
- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
- Must have working rights in the USA
