Lead Account Manager (Federal Climate and Energy Programs – DOE/EPA)

What you will be doing :

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive growth, client satisfaction, and quality in Federal climate and energy programs.

Engagement : Interact with clients, stakeholders, and partners to understand programmatic needs and showcase ICF’s capabilities.

Thought Leadership : Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative solutions aligned with program goals.

Project Oversight : Monitor project delivery teams, ensuring client satisfaction and cross-project connections.

Business Development : Identify and qualify new Federal contract opportunities.

Brand Recognition : Enhance ICF’s reputation among key Federal stakeholders through strategic advice and marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in sciences, environmental fields, engineering, business, or related disciplines. (Master’s degree a plus)

12+ years of relevant experience in Federal climate and energy programs, specifically DOE and EPA .

Demonstrated expertise in relevant aspects of climate and energy programs.

Demonstrated track record in writing winning proposals and successful client engagement.

Strong emotional intelligence, critical thinking, creativity, and integrity.
