- Assess, diagnose, and establish treatment plans for speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.- Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and support.
- Adhere to the ethical and professional standards of practice for a Speech Language Pathologist.- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the rehabilitation team.
