THE ROLE :
My client is looking for a very seasoned, strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support their CT office. They recently acquired a new investment firm, so the bulk of the role will be leading the integration process between the two firms and supporting the new business.
The role will be a very hands on generalist role working on :
- Day-to-day HR work
- Strategic initiatives
- Leading recruitment efforts
- Employee relations
- Annual performance review process
- HR check-ins with employees
- Policies and procedures
- Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 10+ years of HR Business Partner / HR Generalist experience
- Must be coming from a financial services firm
