The big task We are looking for a well-qualified Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be our company's first line of communication Location : Martinsburg, WV What We Offer : Competitive pay $15 - $20 Hourly This position will be from 12-8pm Monday - Thursday with an adjusting schedule on Fridays based on season.

This will also require a rotating weekend based on seasonal needs Medical Insurance we pay 100% for your insurance for health.

Responsibilities : Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing Get potential customers excited about Johnson & Johnson Heating & Air Conditioning and encourage them to spread the word Become an expert in your market area, and know the customer needs Help set aggressive sales plans, and propose expansions Skills and experience If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount of skill and experience.

Experience with Customer Service supporting all clients. Required Skills : High School Diploma or equivalent 2 plus years of customer service experience Preferred Skills : Self Starter with the ability to stay on task without direct supervision IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written communication Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life We are an equal opportunity employer Powered by JazzHR
