Nitty Gritty

With product managers and UX designers reporting in to you, you’ll serve as entrepreneur, mentor, role model and in-house expert as you manage the entire product’s roadmap and features.

Everything that goes into development requirement-gathering, strategy documents, success metrics, user stories, quality assurance, testing, launch, performance-monitoring, feedback, user documentation, support all rolls up to you.

Smartly leveraging your resources and working in an agile and highly autonomous environment, you’ll delegate wisely to get it all done on time and on budget.

In this product-centric and highly technical company, you’ll be constantly applying your sharpest skills to optimize the product and to contribute to the overall march of innovation that has seen the firm pioneer new ways of buying and selling digital advertising.

Hired Gun Profile

You’ve already spent years learning the digital-ad ecosystem, from multiple angles, and you’ve proven yourself as a product manager and leader of people.

You have a deep, firsthand understanding of how programmatic ad sales work, including reporting and bill structure. Ad-serving technologies like RTB, DSP and SSP are as familiar to you as a cornfield to a crow, and you know your way around more than a couple of dashboards , exchanges and digital visualization tools.

As skilled as you are with the technical stuff, you’ve found over the years that there’s great fulfillment to be found in managing a team.

Your reports see you not just as the boss, but as a trusted source of guidance and true leadership, and you infuse your team with your own infectious spirit of openness and collaboration.

You’re completely comfortable hiring and firing, developing talent, holding workers accountable, going to bat for your team, and managing a budget.
