Job Summary

The Associate Account Project Manager will be instrumental in helping to grow the business and drive future success. This person will work closely with the commercial team, coordinating the development of client solutions, creative intake, creative briefs for creative requests, project development, and assisting in developing strategic frameworks, managing timelines and delivery, and providing day-to-day project management on behalf of the client.

Success in this role translates to meeting client expectations for each project.

The speed to market is an industry differentiator for the Outform Group will continue as the markets we serve, grow, and evolve.

The Creative / Associate Account Project Manager plays a key role in making that happen.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Project In-take with the client (Intel)
  • Track Asset Management (ensuring assets are available & when to assess what’s possible).
  • Manage / Oversee All HQ Timelines for client (Intel) via Smartsheet (Excluding PRC Direct Needs)
  • Work with Global Producer & DPM to ensure all Deliverables are in line with the Full Project / Program Schedule
  • Manage Content Libraries for client (Intel) via Smartsheet
  • Quality Control Check & Internal Reviews Prior to Submitting for Final Review to Client
  • Send Meeting Notes via Email to ensure all deliverables and actionable tasks are captured (Internally & Externally)
  • Escalate if timeline is off track Regroup with necessary players to discuss next steps to get back on track
  • Request & Release Vendor POs (NAM & CHINA)
  • Strengthen client relationships and attend client meetings.
  • Learn the client business and become the expert in customers’ process : team structures, approval process, deployment system, all store operation process, line review dates, etc.
  • Maintain project timelines internally and externally with the client.
  • Data entry in internal systems and forms required for each job as it progresses. This includes : design requests (NAM work only), engineering requests (NAM Work only), estimate requests (NAM work only).
  • Systems include : Sugar CRM, Smartsheet & D365
  • Keep paperwork / documents on file via Egnyte for External users & SharePoint for Internal Users
  • Organize client specific information such as planograms, store surveys, etc.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit up to 6-8 hours per day.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
