We’re currently seeking a talented Project Manager , who will work to support all project teams. This will be a full-time position, and the Project Manager is expected to work on-site at our office in Downtown Los Angeles.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
• Develop project requirements and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Manage and maintain partnerships with third-party resources and vendors.
• Monitor expenditures in accordance with the budget.
• Manage the relationship with the client’s business team, subject matter experts (SMEs), and all key stakeholders.
• Report project outcomes and / or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Assist Program Manager to support complex projects - develop and implement project plans, obtain, and manage resources necessary for successful project completion.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :

• Demonstrated deep experience with software application lifecycle methods, processes, and tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate with various levels within all departments of the organization and facilitate meetings with a business and a technical audience.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Required) :

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
