We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance person to become a part of our team due to one of our current maintenance guys having an injury.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks at our residential property.
This role requires a proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities :
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Order and replace broken parts or equipment
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
