Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, casual dining environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and addressing guest needs.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic financial reporting.
