Position Title : Leasing Agent Bilingual Contract
Pay : $22-24 per hour
Location : Daly City, Ca
Language Requirement : Bilingual in Spanish
Will need to work Saturday’s
Qualifications :
Candidates must have experience with tax credit, HUD section 8 PBV, and / or leasing
Job Responsibilities :
Supervised by the Leasing Director
General office tasks :
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Providing information to applicants
Conducting intake interviews
Processing applications and verifications
Preparing files for compliance review
Essential Duties :
Answer phones politely and pleasantly
Welcome applicants, residents, and vendors
Assist the Community Manager and / or Leasing Director with marketing activities (mailing marketing materials, tracking marketing efforts)
Show units to prospective tenants
Ensure rental applications are complete and legible
Help Community Manager and / or Leasing Director enter pre-applications into waitlist software
Contact applicants on the waitlist for vacant units and document all responses
Schedule certification appointments and collect necessary data for applicant certification, processing files for approval
Start background checks and the application approval process
Handle resident work orders and update the Work Order Logbook
Prepare and deliver general notices as needed for the Community Manager
Collect rent payments and security deposits under the supervision of the Community Manager
Organize and store documentation in resident files
Plan and coordinate resident social events and communications
Perform other tasks as needed
