We are looking for a Recruiter with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol.
- Resume screening & interview setups.
- Post job ads on Indeed, Apploi, and other platforms.
- Candidate phone screening.
- Assistance to HR manager in administrative tasks of the department such as reports.
- Employee onboarding.
Qualifications :
- Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
- High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
- Must be BILINGUAL (Spanish / English).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills.
- Office background required.
- Recruitment background required.
- Intermediate computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite.
- The ideal candidate will have a very energetic personality, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
