We are offering an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team based in Westbury, New York. In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic industry, taking on responsibilities that revolve around processing and maintaining customer data, as well as resolving inquiries.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and interpret complex data related to customer applications
- Regularly perform Gap Analysis and AB Testing to improve business processes
- Manage EO / IR systems and ensure their efficient operation
- Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents to streamline business processes
- Administer claim processing and other healthcare or pharmacy-related tasks
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyze data
- Leverage skills in Healthcare Analytics to make informed decisions and strategies
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability in Database management.
- Understanding of Business Process Functions.
- Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents.
- Knowledge of Claim Administration processes.
- Background in Pharmacy or HealthCare Analytics is preferable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree
