- Develops the overall global sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial obligations.
- Responsible for annually evaluating, recommending, and ultimately executing the channel strategy, structure, roles required, and territory mapping to address the target market.
- Determine quotas for each territory.
- Establishes and implements processes and tools to support the sales organization's operations.
- Responsible for driving performance to achieve KPIs and developing remediation plans when missed.
- Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base.
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and recommendations for new products and services.
- Involved in high-stakes negotiations and high-value deals.
- Excellent communication writing and organizational skills required.
- Continually learning about new products and improving selling skills of the team.
- Demonstrate industry knowledge.
- Provide weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
- Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
- Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations as needed.
- Conduct contract negotiations.
- Use self-discipline and be productive with primarily remote employees.
- Must be proactive as well as recognize a sense of urgency.
- This position requires the individual to be home office based, with a commitment to working out of the Newtown PA office on a scheduled basis.
- Must be able to travel up to 25-40% of the time.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years’ sales experience in the SW and HW solution software sales in Healthcare hospital industries, preferably selling nurse-call or Hospital IT systems.
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with C-level and other decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Successful achievement of 1M+ quotas, consultative enterprise / solution or technical sales.
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Listening, creative thinker, decision making acumen, problem solver, takes responsibility, demonstrates personal integrity & honesty.
- Ability to craft a solution with appropriate products and services that meets business goals based on client discussions.
- Customer / Client service orientation. Driven to meet or exceed consumer expectations.
